Before you write to us
What is your minimum order quantity?
Stocked colours can be ordered from one bundle, and we regularly load mixed containers with several colours. Custom colour development is quoted per colour and normally starts at one 20 ft container. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm the MOQ in writing.
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes. Sample chips (typically 100 x 100 mm or 200 x 300 mm) are available for any standard colour, and larger cut samples can be prepared for project approval. Send us the colour codes you are interested in and your courier account or delivery address.
What slab sizes and thicknesses do you supply?
Standard jumbo slabs are 3200 x 1600 mm (126 x 63 in) and 3000 x 1400 mm, in 20 mm and 30 mm thicknesses. 12, 15 and 18 mm, cut-to-size countertop blanks and vanity tops are produced to order. Thickness tolerance is typically controlled within +/- 0.5 mm.
How do you control colour consistency between batches?
We keep an approved sealed master sample for each colour and record the batch of every slab. For large or multi-phase projects we recommend ordering the full quantity from one production run. Slight variation between different batches is normal for any mineral-based surface.
Which certifications and documents can you provide?
SGS test reports covering water absorption, flexural strength and abrasion resistance, NSF certification documentation for food-contact applications, and CE marking support for EU projects. Each shipment includes a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and pre-shipment photos.
How are slabs packed and shipped?
Slabs are separated by foam interlayers, edge-protected and secured in seaworthy fumigated wooden crates or steel A-frames. We load mixed containers to balance freight cost, and ship mainly FOB Qingdao, with CIF, CFR and EXW available on request. Typical lead time is 15 to 30 days after deposit for one 40 ft HQ container.
Can quartz slabs be used outdoors?
Our standard slabs are designed for interior use. Prolonged direct UV exposure can cause discolouration in some formulations, so for outdoor applications please ask us about UV-stabilised grades. For everyday care, warm water and a mild neutral cleaner are enough; the surface never needs sealing.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We commonly work with T/T (30% deposit, balance against the bill of lading) and L/C at sight. Other terms can be discussed for established partners.
